One of the most exciting developments in art has been the introduction of watersoluble colour pencils – and our Lakeland version was one of the first. Lakeland Painting can be used dry just like normal colour pencils, but brush over your drawing with a wetted paintbrush and it magically turns into a painting. You can also try wetting the paper first to create deep, strong colour effects or lift the colour directly off the pencil with a wetted paintbrush – tricky but worth it!
